On November 30, 2023, in Bac Ninh, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony took place between the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, STC B.V Netherlands and Tan Cang-STC Human Resource Development Co., Ltd. This is an important event to promote the development of logistics and maritime port sector in Bac Ninh province.

According to the MoU, the parties will cooperate in the fields of consulting, training, recruitment, internship and human resource development for the port, logistics and supply chain management industry of Bac Ninh province. The parties will jointly contribute, develop and teach appropriate training programs, combining the special fields of maritime port, logistics and supply chain management. The parties will also support the establishment of a research and training center for rescue and salvage in the field of port, logistics and supply chain management in Bac Ninh province according to the roadmap.

The role of STC Vietnam, as the representative office of STC B.V Netherlands, in executing the MoU is to coordinate and implement collaborative activities among the parties according to the outlined cooperation plan.

The MoU between STC VN and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province is expected to contribute to improving the quality of human resources and promoting the development of logistics and maritime port sector in Bac Ninh province in the coming time. This stands as a testament to the collaboration and amicable relations between Vietnam and the Netherlands within this sector.
